When you are in menopause or perimenopause it’s normal to be into an emotional roller coaster. And most of the time we try to run away from that and pretend everything it’s ok. It is, of course, it’s a moment, but we need to stay on that moment, with our emotions.
To recognise them, to navigate into them, and to understand we are not our feelings, we are not our emotions. We feel it, we recognise it, and we need to stay on that moment, to process, to elaborate and understand which kind of message our mind, body and soul is trying to tell to us. Just remember, it’s always you, don’t pretend to be ok, just let flow.
